Defend Group, leading producer and distributor of Defend brand devices, is extending its family of insurance products for Defend Guarantee Plus. The new product is following the successful additional insurance Defend Guarantee. In case of car theft, the insurance Defend Guarantee Plus “will fill up” 25 000 or 50 000 Kč, depending on selected variant, with no need to take out the all-risk insurance.

Defend Guarantee Plus offers also the alternative for drivers, who do not have the all-risk insurance. In case of car theft this additional insurance can help them to compensate partially the loss. As it is usual in the family of Defend insurance products, Defend Guarantee Plus is very unique offer in Czech Republic, which has no competitor on the market.

„Every day 60 cars are stolen in Czech Republic and three-fourth of them has been never found. Defend Guarantee Plus guarantees you the payment of 25 000 or 50 0000 Kč according to the selected variant of insurance regardless to the fact, the car has an all-risk insurance or not”, said Ing. There is no need to take out the all-risk insurance for the car, but it must be equipped by gear shift lock Defend Lock or another lock with 8 SD certificate of Ministry of Transport. It is possible to arrange the insurance facultative for one or up to five years. For example if the value of the new car is 200 000 Kč, after five years its price depreciate to 80 000 Kč. Defend Guarantee Plus “fills up” in this case the owner close to two-thirds of the actual price of the car, it means 50 000 Kč. Defend Guarantee Plus applies for new and used no more than 3 years old cars.

· For maximal 3 years old cars.
· All-risk insurance is not required
· Gear shift Defend Lock or another gear shift lock with 8 SD certificate is required.
· Insured person will get the lump-sum of 25 000 or 50 000 Kč according to selected variant

· Insurance is arranged for the period from one till five years

· Insurance benefit based on police report and reporting about the loss at Defend Assistance
