2011
Defend brand currently offers comprehensive security of vehicles and investment to all drivers. It is built on three pillars - Security - Safety - Insurance.
Complete change of visualization of all Defend products go towards a new modern presentation in the form of animated cartoons.
We spread Defend brand products offer by a new product Defend Tyrecontrol that controls the pressure in the tires and helps to protect your tires and therefore your investment.
We come with a major innovation of Defend Locator product. A new modern satellite vehicle tracking system, that provides continuous monitoring of customer's vehicles, has been created.

2010
Another new product of Defend brand is Defend Parkcontrol. It is the parking assistant, which makes your car parking safe and smart.
We spread a family of insurance products by 2 new products, Defend Gap Mini and Defend Guarantee Plus. Product Defend Gap Mini is a safeguard against a road piracy and is intended to drivers who drive safely, responsibly and have years of experience. Defend Guarantee Plus is an innovation of already well-known product. It is a new additional insurance which will help you in the case of theft of the car secured by the lock with effective compensation of financial loss.

2009
We come with the Defend Gap original product innovation and create new Defend Perfect Gap, which offers even better hedging of financial risks, including participation. It brings you perfect protection against significant financial loss in the case of total accident or theft.




2008
Defend brand offer has expanded by another new product for all motorists. Motoristic KPZ [ETKA] - Box of Last Rescue is intended for your new car. It saves you time and money in the case when you get into troubles or if you want to use the advantage of great discounts or shopping without your own money.

Defend team has been expanding and a new Department of financial and insurance products has been created. Then we come to the market with innovation in financial products. Defend Gap insurance product guarantees you payment of the financial difference between the purchase price and the car insurance claims without a participant share, which will protect you against significant financial loss.

2007
The formation of the Car Security Center. This center provides motorists with comprehensive services on vehicle security against theft. The roots of the project began in 1999 when company came.
The Centre currently comes up with a new idea which is the connection of the best, most reliable and most loyal partners in a network under one brand.
The aim is to offer a comprehensive portfolio of security services with quality services at the highest level. Cooperation is a simplified form of franchising, which advantage is a combination of advantages of small companies with the advantages of large firms.
Car Security Center becomes for customers and dealers the first logical choice for security requirements.
Defend brand product portfolio has expanded with a new product - Defend Automobile Card. The card offers to all motorists many advantages and possibilities on their journeys.

2006
Portfolio of products DEFEND was enlarged by the electromechanical security of the hood or the trunk of a car, Defend Hook.
Defend developed, in quite a supertemporary way, a portal with the configurator for clients, which will automatically select the most suitable security for a chosen car, www.zvoltezabezpeceni.cz. It prepared also shopping environment for purchase of products and services for its business partners under the name eDefend on www.edefend.cz.
This year our company also succeeded in signing a contract with the company Škoda Auto.

2005
The DEFEND brand currently offers the most comprehensive portfolio of car security and protection in Central and Eastern Europe. It offers customers not only the Defend Lock mechanical gearshift lock, but also Defend Alarm electronic car protection, Defend Locator satellite car protection, and the Defend Cargo electromechanical cargo space security system.
We’ve moved our manufacturing and development facility to our own building in Holesov. We have the largest car security system manu- facturing centre in Central and Eastern Europe. More in photo gallery.

2004
MARBO CZ a.s. celebrated its 10th anniversary on the Czech market, and at the same time switched to a new marketing and communication strategy. MARBO CZ a.s. is representing itself solely under the DEFEND trademark, which includes all of our products and services. The DEFEND brand offering has during the first phase been expanded by the Defend Locator satellite-based protection system.


2003
We’ve opened our European centre in Prague. Our centre is located in the residential quarter of Prague 6, in a villa designed by the architect Bohumil Hubschmann, in Pod Kastany St.
After a nine-year presence in the security systems market, Marbo CZ a.s. represents the top of its field and is constantly solidifying its position.
1999
MARBO CZ a.s. has expanded its area of activity in Russia, and has founded a daughter company, MARBO Russia – o.o.o. S.B.A., headquartered in Moscow. It has also found partners in Croatia, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Latvia, Belarus and also in Great Britain. It has thus solidified its position in the international market, and Defend Lock mechanical security systems are being successfully installed into automobiles across the whole of Europe.
1998
MARBO s.r.o. has transformed itself into a corporation. Thus, MARBO CZ a.s. (Inc.) has been created. At the same time, in the middle of 1998, the company MARBO Hungary Kft. was created. It is headquartered in Budapest, and concerns itself with business activities in the whole of Hungary.


1996
We opened a showroom and sales centre in Prague.






1995
Thanks to our successful market strategy, we are expanding our activities to Slovakia. Here we’ve founded the company MARBO Slovakia spol. s.r.o., headquartered in Nove Mesto nad Vahom.




1994
The company MARBO s.r.o. is founded, with its headquarters in Frystak. The company manufactures and distributes the original Defend Lock mechanical system.
