DEFEND GROUP Czech Republic presents changes in the structure of its management.

Ing. Pavel Vojtek, General Director and CEO of DEFEND GROUP in accordance with the intention of releasing his hands for a long-term strategic activities comes with the following changes:

With the effect from December 20th, 2011 there was created the position of Vice-CEO at the corporate level DEFEND GROUP and the position of Country Manager for Czech Republic. These positions will hold Ing. Jozef Drha. He will be responsible for the economical results of the Czech branch office and his role will be to transfer the management efficiency, which he successfully implemented in the Slovak branch office DEFEND GROUP for his more than 3-year operation, when the Slovak branch office has seen a significant rise. Jozef Drha will continue to lead the Slovak branch office of DEFEND.

With the effect from January 17th, 2012 the new business director of DEFEND Czech Republic is becoming Ing. Radek Rozehnal jr., who has worked in DEFEND since 2008 as sales manager for the Prague area. Ing. Radek Rozehnal overtakes the responsibility for sales for the Czech branch office from Ing. Jan Polák.

At the same date Ing. Jan Polák moves to the position of the director for VIP clients. Thanks to his 18-years experience in DEFEND he will provide strategic partners with due care.

Ing. Jozef Drha (36 years) completed university studies with a focus on commercial services in technology, business, engineering and English language.
In the past he worked in foreign trade with special technologies, and later as sales manager in an international company focusing on production and sale of industrial machinery and equipment. Prior to joining Defend Slovakia he was responsible for sales management in companies selling spare parts and service equipment for automotive industry, which is currently the largest company of its kind in the independent European market. In DEFEND he is since 2009. He is married and has two children. In his spare time is primarily devoted to family, friends, sport.

Ing. Radek Rozehnal (35 years) began to trade at the age of 19 years during his study of high school. At that time it was a job for an international company operating in the field of wellness and fitness industry. After graduating on the University of Tomas Bata in Zlín he has successfully continued this work till 2004. Then he was tempted to his own business in foreign countries, and so the following two years he spent in UK and on the roads between London and Prague. Further experience gained in the field of Human Resources and the last three years he has worked for DEFEND in the position of regional manager for the Prague area. He is single and he enjoys sport, music, family and friends.

Ing. Jan Polák operates in DEFEND for 18 years, and 10 years at least in top management. In his spare time he enjoys many various sports and hunting. He is married and has one son.
